"Went from annoyed to impressed fast"
I had an issue at first and was getting frustrated. But then support jumped in, got it sorted quicker than I expected, and my mood changed real fast. Happy with how they handled it.

"I started using Trello for work..."
I started using Trello for work stuff, it was easy to figure out. The whole boards-and-cards setup clicked after just a few minutes. A couple of features took me a little longer to understand, but nothing too frustrating. Then suddenly, yes, I’m fully a Trello person now. Super light learning curve overall, 5 stars from me.

"Really solid for our growing team lately"
We’ve been using this with a bigger team recently, it’s been working really well. The last few weeks it’s handled our growth without much hassle, so my impression right now is positive.

"The calendar and timeline views are honestly so helpful"
I mostly use Trello to keep my projects from turning into a total mess, and the calendar view really helps me see what’s coming up at a glance. The timeline view is great too, especially when tasks overlap or deadlines shift around, which happens more often than I’d like. It’s easy to use, doesn’t take forever to figure out, and just makes me feel a little more on top of things. I don’t know, maybe it’s just me, but it’s one of the few planning tools I’ve actually stuck with.

"Makes it easy to keep track of things"
I like Trello because it puts everything right in front of me without making me dig around. Moving cards from one list to another feels natural, and it’s a simple way to see what’s waiting, what’s finished, and what I probably would’ve forgotten otherwise.
For both work stuff and home projects, it’s been really helpful without being overcomplicated. I don’t need some huge system, just boards, labels, and checklists that keep things fair and clear for everyone involved. I’ve been using it every day, and it’s made staying organized feel a lot less stressful.

"Notifications that actually feel manageable"
I’ve been happy with how Trello handles notifications. It lets me see the stuff that actually needs my attention without feeling like I’m getting flooded with every little update. Mentions, card changes, due dates, it’s all easy enough to keep up with. I also really like that I can quiet things down when a board gets a little too active. Nothing flashy, but it works really well for me.

"Better offline than I expected"
I wasn’t expecting much when my wifi dropped, but it actually lets me check my boards and update cards offline without any fuss. Once I’m back online, everything syncs up later. It’s been especially useful on train rides where the signal is all over the place.
"Finally, sharing boards doesn’t stress me out"
I was a little nervous about giving my team access to different boards because permissions can get messy fast. But this made it surprisingly simple. I can share what I need, keep things locked down where it matters, and not feel like I’m about to accidentally expose everything. Kind of a relief, honestly.

"Trello ended up being more useful than I expected"
I thought Trello might be a bit too much for simple daily tasks, but it’s been really easy to use on my phone. It helps me keep track of things I’d probably forget otherwise, and checking off tasks each day feels satisfying...

"Works really well with the stuff I already use"
I mostly use Trello because it plays nicely with the other tools I’m already in all day, like Slack, Google Drive, and Calendar. It’s nice not having to bounce around between this and that just to keep track of things.
The Power-Ups are simple to add, and I like being able to set up each board a little differently depending on the project. There was a bit of clicking around at first to figure out where everything was, but it wasn’t anything too annoying.
Overall, it just makes my workflow feel smoother. It’s not perfect or anything, but it’s been really useful for how I work, so I’d still give it 5 stars.

"Easy to use, but I got a little uneasy after paying"
I like Trello overall. The boards are simple, easy to follow, and it’s quick to get a workflow going. But once I started looking into customizing things more, like card layouts and automations, it felt more limited than I expected unless you pay for extras. after paying, I started to feel a bit unsure about what was actually included and what would keep being locked behind another upgrade. It still works fine for basic use, I just wish there was more flexibility without feeling like every tweak costs more.

"Trello’s been reliable for me"
Trello barely gives me any trouble, honestly. From how smooth it usually feels, I’d assume the team keeps it well maintained. It doesn’t really crash on me, and it’s fast enough that I don’t find myself waiting around or getting annoyed.

"Makes it easier to keep the team on the same page"
I’ve been using the boards with our team, and it’s made working together feel a lot smoother. Everything is easy to see and organize, so we’re not constantly chasing updates. The only thing I’ve noticed is it can take a little getting used to at first, has anyone else had that same issue?
"Free plan is decent, but the limits show up fast"
I’ve used Trello for smaller personal projects and a few simple team boards, it’s easy to get started with. The free plan does the job for basic stuff, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, it does start to feel a bit restrictive once you want to use more power-ups or set up bigger workflows. I get that paid features need to exist, and that’s fair, but it would be nice if the free version gave users just a little more room before pushing them to upgrade...

"Templates made setup way easier"
I’ve been using the templates to get my boards started, they save me a bunch of time. I don’t have to overthink the layout or build everything from scratch, which is nice. Simple, but it works. Anyway

"Flexible, but it can get messy quickly"
Trello has been easy to use for simpler workflows. I like being able to drag cards around, set up my own lists, and keep small team tasks moving without much fuss... it feels really straightforward at first.
But once our process got more detailed, things started to feel a bit cluttered. We ended up with too many boards, labels, and power-ups to keep track of. It’s not bad, just... not always as smooth as I hoped.

"Helpful automation, but more frustrating than I expected"
I use trello a lot for keeping track of team tasks, and I was excited about the Butler automation at first. When it works, it’s definitely useful, moving cards around, adding due dates, and sending reminders does save me time and a bunch of extra clicks.
But I’ve been a little disappointed with how confusing it can be to set up. Some rules didn’t run the way I thought they would, and I hit limits sooner than I expected. It’s still a good feature overall, but it feels clunkier than it should and takes more patience than I was hoping for.

"I've been using this to keep our projects..."
I've been using this to keep our projects organized, and it’s made things a lot easier day to day. Everything is in one place, so I’m not constantly digging through messages or spreadsheets to see what’s going on. I also reached out to support once, and they basically said, "Here’s the easiest way to set that up," which was actually helpful and not overly complicated. Overall, it’s been a really straightforward tool for staying on top of our work.
